Lutefisk Dinner

It's that time of year, Lutefisk!! Oak Valley's 28th annual dinner is Sunday, October 20, from noon to 6pm.  Adults $15.00, Childern 6-12 $8.00, and under 5 free. Handicap accessible and takeouts are available. 


CO-OP Lunch

Local cooperatives will host a free lunch at Velva Seniors Center from 11:00 to 1:00 pm. Visit the local co-op booths, sign up for door prizes, enjoy some food, and visit with the local cooperative employees who help make Velva and North Dakota strong.

Velva 4-H Club will be conducting a food drive around the city of Velva Sunday, Oct. 27 from 2-4 pm.  4-H'ers will be going door to door.  Items may be hung or left by your front door.  You can also drop off a donantion at Oak Valley Church.  The food...

2019 Flag At Half Staff Schedule


Please put your flag at half staff on Oct. 6 for National Firefighters Memorial Day and Dec. 7 for Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.  Flags should be half staff from sunrise to sunset.
