Starting March 1, 2022, the City of Velva will no longer be accepting utility payments at Peoples State Bank.
There are many ways to pay your utility bill:
1. Pay at City Hall 2. Drop payment in the Drop Box at City Hall 3. Pay online at Velvand.com 4. Send payment to City of Velva, PO Box 219, Velva, ND 58790 5. Call City Hall at pay with credit card - 701-338-2660
